Natalia Carminati's work stems from an interest in identifying and investigating the processes of invisibility that operate within various sociocultural mechanisms. These dynamics emerge in objects, texts, beliefs, traditions, habits, and concepts deeply rooted in our reality. By examining the relationship of these elements to their origin, the artist isolates them from their habitual context to transform them visually and conceptually. The resulting work becomes a new element that invites the viewer to renegotiate their perception of the world.
