Algerian artist Thilleli Rahmoun develops her work through drawings, paintings, and installations based on the concept of metaphorical biography. Using photos taken in anonymous sites and transitional spaces, she constructs scenes with improbable stories that explore the theme of frustrated energy and the human being within complex sociopolitical contexts. The protagonists, fragile and situated in her works, are both witnesses and indifferent judges.
